Cell Forcing Chain

Cell Forcing Chains examine all candidates in a single cell and trace chains from each. If all chains from a cell converge on the same conclusion (placing a digit elsewhere or eliminating a candidate), that conclusion must be true.

This is more powerful than Digit Forcing Chains because it considers all possibilities simultaneously rather than just ON/OFF for a single candidate.
